Refund policy

Due to biosecurity reasons, items cannot be returned unless they are defective, in which case they will be destroyed. We will gladly provide you with a full refund or replacement if this is the case. 

Please note:

• To return an item, you must retain and present proof of purchase (i.e., your invoice).
• A request for a refund/replacement must be lodged within 14 days of the purchase date.
• You cannot return an item simply due to change of mind.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or replacement, please contact us as soon as possible.
